Pat Bezjak - President of Donor Dialogue Pat Bezjak is a blood banking professional with 28 years of experience in this specialized field. She spent 27 of those years at Virginia Blood Services where she held various executive level positions including COO, VP of Technical Operations and VP Donor Recruitment and Collections. Pat considers her strengths as developing strong relationships with customers and her lifelong belief in the importance of blood donation. Alejandro Vargas - CEO of Dialogue Marketing Alejandro has worked in the call center industry for 16 years.  Before joining Dialogue Marketing, Alejandro was President & CEO at Marketing Ally for three years. During his career he has worked for Convergys, ADVANTA Bank in various capacities within the call center environment.  Alejandro’s vast knowledge and understanding of the call center dynamics, client relations and marketing strategies add tremendous value to our organization.  He received his MBA from the University of Utah where he also completed his undergraduate work in business management. Sharon Perkins - VP of Business Development Sharon has extensive donor recruitment experience in various blood banking environments, including hospital-based, established metropolitan-based, rural areas and new area development. She is an ADRP past president and recipient of several National awards for leadership and outstanding contributions to the field of donor recruitment. John Robertson - Chief Operating Officer John is a Contact Center and Customer Service Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the health care, human resource, and financial service industries as well as an extensive background in quality and software development. He is an industry thought leader and frequent speaker on customer relationship management and has developed several award winning contact centers throughout his career. James Lyons- Director of Client Relations James has extensive experience in new technology implementation and relationship managment. Currently working in-house at the center of Donor Dialogue's largest client, his primary role is to coordinate marketing efforts leveraging the DRM Touch database and functionality to meet our client's recruitment goals. James's professionalism and client-management skills have proven effective in Donor Dialogue's strong client relationships and high service levels. Ryan Needham- Account Manager Ryan has over a decade of experience in call center operations and management. Joining Donor Dialogue in Septemeber of 2007, Ryan has been active in both inbound and outbound call centers in various capacities including training, quality, operations, and client services.
