AUBURN HILLS, MI, 2011 — Donor Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing and provider of products and services to help blood centers be more efficient, productive and profitable, is partnering with Bonfils Blood Center to host its 2011 DRM Touch User Group Meeting.
Today's blood centers are challenged to retain donors, communicate effectively with existing and new donors, and maintain or reduce operational costs. To meet these challenges, Donor Dialogue will demonstrate its latest version of its customer relationship management software, DRM Touch 2.4, which features a Facebook-enabled Donor Portal and access to the Donor Portal via mobile devices.
Facebook Enabled Donor Portal
Donor Dialogue's Facebook enabled donor portal helps blood centers educate users on the importance of donating blood while allowing donors to find locations, schedule appointments to donate blood and interact with their friends and other blood donors.
With Donor Dialogue's personalized mobile applications, blood centers can enable donors to more easily schedule appointments, find donation locations nearby, view their appointments and donation history, and establish phone alerts for upcoming appointments from their smart phones. In addition, donors can easily link their mobile application with their Facebook account.
"Our User Group Meetings are vital to continuously identify the on-going challenges blood centers face and providing solutions that meet the industry's demands," said Doug Emig, president of Donor Dialogue. "As the industry continues to evolve, our solutions must also evolve. We're committed to serving the blood donor industry to the fullest, and look forward to the discussions."
In addition to discussing challenges blood centers face, Donor Dialogue will also preview DRM Touch 2.5.
According to Leila Hahn Mills, PMP, IT Project Manager for Bonfils Blood Center, "Bonfils is excited to be hosting Donor Dialogue's DRM Touch User Group in Denver this year, and we look forward to meeting and learning with fellow DRM users from blood centers around the world. Since 2007, we've used Donor Dialogue's DRM Touch to improve donor recruitment efforts. As the industry evolves, Donor Dialogue continuously enhances its solutions to provide blood centers with cutting-edge technology that supports recruitment efforts, making them a true leader in this industry."
